Resolution and screen help!

hi new to rfactor
my screen and resolution were fine until installed a mod - it reset all my settings, now i cant find my right screen resolution and refresh rate. I have a 32" widescreen tv as my monitor and i believe its 16:9. My card is a amd radeon hd 6700 - its either too small for my screen or too "pixely", please can someone help and suggest what the best resolution and refresh rate is!?

Your really the only person who can answer your own question.

1. Look at the label on the back of the television, and look at the manufacturers make and model.
2. Look up the supported resolution and frequency/refresh rate on the manufacturers product website.
