How do i can run my rf2 on my second screen only???

A simple workaround that works for each game is: set your secondary display as primary and then start the game.
You can then set it back, but you will have to do this every time you run the game (if you want to play on the second screen).
If you have an AMD (not sure if Nvidia has the same) card you can also select in Laucher > Configure Sim > Video
In the drop down are 2 cards:
AMD Radeon HD xxxx Series
AMD Radeon HD xxxx Series Secondary
Select the Secondary one.
