rFactor DVD not readable anymore

Hi

I have a Problem with my rFactor DVD. I bought Special Edition 2008 but know I have big problems that DVD is not readable for my DVD Drive, other DVDs are all read by my DVD drive. I cleaned it already and there are no big scrapers on DVD. Is there somehow a solution to change DVD somewhere ? I thought I don´t need it for a long time, because I have lifetime in rFactor 2. But it seems that we will drive on more season in rFactor.

Please help me.

This was no official seller, I bought it from Privat, but I thought there is somehow the possibility to change it via ISI by sending DVD and getting new DVD or Key for Version without DVD.

ISI doesn't released DVD it self (as far as I know). So they cannot replace the media.
If they give you key for free? Don't know. it's up to them. But it is not common.
