Hey, my rFactor keeps loading the same track and car as well as all the same settings, when I run as administrator it fixes the problem, but rFactor no longer recognizes my wheel, help please!
Check if your user account has ownership on rfactor's folder (Properties->Security->Advanced), if your account doesn't have it, take it (checkbox for subfolders too)
