Hi racers, This one is for the rFactor staff who is in charge of this sort of thing.
I have backed up my order confirmation and license emails to my thumb drive last year after i purchased rFactor. Not paying attention this morning, I goofed up and formatted the wrong thumb drive I had the license and activation details on from email. I upgraded to Vista Home Basic 32bit and installed rFactor and now i cannot fully enjoy my purchase. I am so sorry to have to contact via forums. I tried email, and the rFactor online form and have not heard a reply. I am trying to keep patient but it is very hard for a race gamer to maintain. Please forgive me.

UPDATE!!! CANCEL THIS REQUEST PLEASE I HAVE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM ISI TELLING ME TO CHECK MY EMAIL FOR LICENSE KEY EMAIL THANKS ISI YOUR THE GREATEST !!!!!!
