rFactor Parc fermé enable Gear Settings

Hello I'm using fixed setups for my rFactor and I want enable Gear settings on the setups, how can I do it?

There are a series of bit flags in the RFM file that will unlock certain setup changes when set. Search for "FreeSettings" in the RFM and add 128 to whatever value is there. That should unlock Gear settings, but it'll also unlock a bunch of other settings that has to do with the engine.
