rFactor Registration issues

Hello all,

I have received a copy of my old purchase number and when I click the button that says "Already paid, click here" I get this image.

I am already connected to internet. I have tried using IE as well as Google Chrome.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
 
wild guess but check your firewall if it is stopping rf1 from access.
 
Thanks for reply. I did check to allow communication in Firewall settings and tried it. Still showing same. Went in to disable firewall and still getting same message. BTW I forgot to mention I am running Win 8.1 if that makes any difference. Also am running as Administrator too.
