Road Course for ovals

I have a bunch of tracks on my PC for rfactor and a lot of them have infield road courses and I wanted to make separate versions of the tracks or extra AIW files for them in order to run the road courses on the tracks however the ISI AIW CAM editor does not work on windows 10 how would I go about this?
 
Does Windows 10 have a run program in compatibility mode? If so, try running it in W-7 or W-XP compatibility mode.
 
Okay. It was worth a shot. I don't have Windows 10, so I cannot offer any further advice.
