Safety car/Caution laps too slow at Spa-Francorchamps

Hi i have an issue when the race is on caution. Safety and race cars and rides at 18 km/h (nearly 11 mph).
Modified track GDB file (only relative lines):
RacePitKPH = 140
NormalPitKPH = 125

FormationSpeedKPH=120
SafetyCarSpeedKPH=150
