Scripting full course yellows?

Hi there.
Would like to know if someone got a script (or could help me to build one) that would call a full course yellow at a lap of our choice on the server.
Basically we want to do a single race split in 2 parts where the safety car is called at half of it everyone line up and restart. But it also needs a margin like if yellow should come at lap 20 but a crash happens at lap 18 and there is a FCY it wouldn't be needed anymore to have a mid race caution.
Someone know how to do it?
 
It's not a script, but you could use the admin commands /throwyellow and /clearyellow.Use them as Quickchat entries and assign a button to them, so you can quickly use them, without typing something.
 
It's being used in that way. Just would like to have it automated in the future for safety reasons (in case people with admin rights can't come or lose connection)
 
I didn't knew that you already use that method.
