server connection problems

Hi
On several occasions I've tried unsuccessfully to connect to the server to enjoy race to play in rfactor.

Every time it seems to connect for a few seconds and then disconnects. I've gone into settings for connection and tried different ones without success.

Can anybody help me with getting the best settings in order to enjoy some competitive racing, I'm in the UK.

Sounds like you don´t have the required content!
I would recommend this site: http://www.bockbierbude.de/
It´s german but there are several Brits and people from other countrys.
Really good racing and good organized!

But when you do it you should make a second install of rFactor (best clean and blank of other mods) just for racing there,
as the content is very much and to avoid problems due to interferes of mods.
They have a autoupdater tool and it is completely free!
If you haven´t installed mods yet, just copy the rFactor-folder to a second location.
But be aware that first download will last over night!
