Server error occurred. Please try again later.....?

Downloaded Rfactor 1 from ISI......because I knew I had purchased it before October 2012....installed. ISI sent me a new activation number and updated my email......but when I put in the info and click activate...it gives me the "Server error occurred. Please try again later" message. HELP!! Demo works but can't activate using the key that ISI sent.
 
Are you sure that there is nothing blocking rfactor-access to the internet from Windows or other firewall/AV software?
 
Yeah...I've checked all that already.....can't figure it out. Thanks for responding though.
