settings on rfactor

Hi there,
Just bought and downloaded rfactor and cant seem to acces any settings in the garage such as suspension setting etc. Any help would be appreciated.

is it rfactor 1 or rfactor 2 you have bought ?
in every mod it is different settings you can do and is open some settings is locked a f1 mod for example is open so you can chance most things in garage but megane throphy 2.02 is some settings locked as the gear settings for example

so it is different between each mods and you must by a car if im right to lock up settings and upgrades
