Spotter

I have lost the spotter's voice when testing and racing in the weekend form. I have the spotter set to give lap times but nothing is spoken. I have not installed anything new in the game in over a year but all of a sudden--no spotter. How do I gwet this back running? Thanks.

May be the commentary mas is corrupted, try replacing your CommentaryEnglish-USA.MAS, located in GameData/Commentary, with a new one, downloaded here

Tried that--still nothing.
