Steering wheel And Hood Disappearing.

Hello

I am having a problem in which the steering wheel and hood are visually popping in and out. It happens with just one of my mods, the Historic GT & Touring Cars mod. Some of the cars in this mod do it and some don't. I tried adjusting the seat position and FOV but no matter how I position it doesn't stop, it will slow the popping down but not completely stop it. Any ideas?

Gave a try but no change, thank you for the reply. I'm just gonna use another mod that has similar vehicles and no bug.
