Strange issue with nVidia Surround

It works fine until I try to run rFactor as an admin, which I need to do for some of my mods to work properly. When run as an admin I only get a squashed image on my center monitor. Nothing on the outside two. Any suggestions?
 
I ran config as admin and that fixed it. I knew I was missing something simple, lol. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
