Team/Vehicle UI Performance

I've found that the Team/Vehicle UI menu crawls (3D spin rate and mouse input) based on the number of cars available (i.e. Customize -> Vehicle -> Team/Vehicle). Back out one level or even switch to the Information subsection (i.e. Customize -> Vehicle -> Information) and everything's fine. I'm talking several hundred cars available in the same Racing Series. Once again, the "full screen" showroom performance is great, as well as everything else (including "half-size" showroom), when not in vehicle select mode.

I've come across this when trying appending vehicle load paths in order to load cars from any mod simultaneously. You could advise against this and you may be right, but I don't think it was a malformed vehicle entry on my part - the situation steadily grows worse the more cars you add, setting an upper limit on mod car count.

Is there an easy fix to this or something silly I'm overlooking? If not, was this one of the reasons for breaking up car groups into separate mods?
