Texture error? wont let me load any tracks or cars. HELP

whenever I try to enter practice with any of the cars at any of the tracks, an error pops up while loading telling me there is a texture error with the game and then it boots me out of the entire game. how do i fix it.
 
can you post the exact error?

Is there any mod that works? for example an ISI default mod/track, and if that works try the default mod on a custom track.

What was the last thing you installed before the error appeared?
