I think that "traffic" is most likely just other people driving online, traffic is not supported in rfactor no

Was testing out some Nordschleife tracks and with this track i see users talking about traffic.

Only one user mentioned traffic, and he was referring to other racing cars. There's at least one stretch of road that is shared by cars going in one direction and in the other direction.
