TSW sequential shifter is shifting two gears at once

I remember having this issue before, but I completely forgot how I fixed it.

When I upshift or downshift with the TSW sequential shifter, it always skips a gear. For example, if I up shift from 1st, it will go into 3rd instead of second. Same for down shifting.

Anyone know a solution?
