Unable to install Calabogie Motorsports Track

Downloaded rfactor from http://www.mediafire.com/download/gevgnomyfsit0jp/rFactorSetup1255g_Lite.exe
Paid for it
Downloaded Calabogie from http://www.calabogiemotorsports.com/track-simulator/
Unzipped the folder and put Calabogie_MP_Hist into Gamedata>Locations

Not working, can't see the track in a list. Tried installing other tracks and it did work. When going inside the track folder you can see that there is no MAS file. It doesn't seem like anybody else had a trouble with it. Can anybody help with pointing out what is wrong with what I am doing. Thank you

I'm having the exact same issue and can't get it to work. Paid the app for the sole purpose of using the Calabogie track.

Anybody has figured this out? it seems related to the lack of MAS file.

Try my instruction from THIS thread. That definitly works.

And to answer this:

No that isn't the reason, all needed files are in the sub-folders.
They just didn't package them into MAS-files.
