How come the overcast/Random weather option doesn't work?

the ability to do sunny/overcast/random weather does work, just the user interface toggle is bugged out.

my guess is, the game was updated to do more than only sunny or overcast at some point, and the "UI" user interface was over looked, no one ever noticed in time for it to be addressed when isi made bug fixes.
i supose someone crafty could modify a UI to make the ui race settings weather toggle work properly, in the mean time just edit it through your player file.

Random is all I want so will give this a try, thanks

Tried the suggestion from the link posted, under the race details it changes but it doesn't change the sky texture? the sky is always the same?
