windscreen become dirty during driving

Dear rFactor community,

we want to add to our League Mod a windscreen who gets dirty during driving. Exists already a mod, who has such a gadget? But I'm asking not directly how to build it. Our first idea was to create several windscreens with different dirt level on it. The screens are combined with a timer (compare it to a blinking light but very slow) in the *.gmt.

The question is now, if it's possible to reset the timer to get a clear windscreen on pitstops. At the moment we can stop at the last windscreen with the most dirt on it and at a driver swap, the new driver gets a clean one. Or the timer will be reset automatically after a defined time. But the clean one during pitstops will be the best way. Any ideas for this?

Its been a while but i think it works, i remember ive tested that years ago and i think when pitting the animation resets again. Enduracers mod had this or still does?
But try adding same one like on gtr2 cars, you need same textures to but with alpha channels.

It is right that the enduracers mod have dynamic dirtscreens. F.e. on the Aston Martin. I started an offline session with x20 time multiplier and KI, but I couldn't see any differenz after running 3h hours.

Check the textures, maybe its becase those are all the same, make extrem texture changes if there are diferentes, even the alpha channels.
