Issues with activation

I deleted my version of rfactor as i was having a couple of issues.
I downloaded the exe fil for 1255 and re installed it.
I click already paid and it keeps says needs to connect to internet whcih i already are. It doesnt show the new style window either .
Can anyone help with the issue

I am having a similar ISSUE, Please HELP!

Trymedia Customer Center is "out of order"

I am trying to reactivate (for the first time) my installation and Trymedia customer center looks to be out of business.

Tim can you confirm this? Driving me crazy trying everything I can to reauthorize, same error as initially - no connection to internet...blah blah blah...

I have a issue with activating my account. I bought the game, got the email with the key, and downloaded the game. when I get to the grey box with the 3 different choices. when I put in the key and my email it says, could not connect to server, please try again. What do I do?

Ok guys, next Problem - d/l latest one and now when I enter my original activation code from Trymedia for rFactor from 2010, I get the following:

Invalid Key (No Dashes were Found), thus I think I need a converted KEY? Please help.

I had the same problem, tried the same (download 1.255g) and have the same answer

Invalid Key (No Dashes were Found)

So what I did is click on "forgot your key/password" (cant remember the exact phrasing), is on the left bottom corner of the grey activation window. That opens the browser and takes you here http://rfactor.net/rfactor1/forgot_product_key.php where it asks you for your Order# and email. You fill that in and in a few seconds a new email arrives with a new code. Enter that new code and activate, and it works, problem solved
