BTB Issue

I've almost finished putting the barriers on Valencia in position. The only barriers I have remaining to position are the tecpro barriers which I've modelled. However when I try to import it into XPacker, I have the old Icon File issue. I honestly have no idea what I've done wrong, I checked it against a file that worked and all is the same, I have 4 "DefaultIcon" files in the folder with it, in JPG, BMP, DDS and PNG format, is there anything I might have done wrong here? I'm going out on Wednesday and I'd like to get the barriers in position by Wednesday so I'll need a reply ASAP (sorry if I'm being naggy)
 
Then maybe some other community that focuses on BTB? I'm sure it exists. :)
