Change rf-spotter sound problem

I've changes a sound in the CommentaryEnglish-USA.MAS file (LAP_TIME.mp3), but when I repack the file and put it again in to the commentary folder, I can't hear any sound. Not even the original ones (laptime etc.).

What is necessary to make them working properly?

I have use 160kbps and tried stereo and mono, but nothing worked.

This is very important, I hope somebody can help me. Thank you. :)
 
I don't get it, I've tried almost everything to get this to work, but it doesn't. Please...ISI, what is necessary to get this to work?
 
Hi, you must use the ISI MAS Tools for that, and you have to make sure that under "Options" -> "Use file compression" is unchecked.
