Help please activation problem

Hello.

I have been having problem to active rfactor. I run out of activations i think. When i insert my product key and email it is telling me to contact support.

I emailed to purchase@rfactor.net and support@rfactor.net it was on 06 of november then i keep emailing several times, even from my other email.

I got not a single replay from anybody and is already 16 of November.

About three weeks ago i emailed to support@rfactor.net and had a question regarding my rfacto2 license and i had a respond right away.

So what is going on now why for ten days i got nobody from rfactor answer to my email and sending me new activations?

For some reason is not visible. Well i am having problem to active rfactor i guess im out of activations. I emailed to support@ and purchase@rfactor.net on 06 of november
its already 16 november and i got not a single replay. I also emailed few weeks ago to ask about my rfactor 2 license and i got replay right away.
Now i paid for my online license for rfactor 2 but cant play old rfactor anymore.
Why is that i am not getting replays for so many days and nobody is sending me new activations?
