Internet thread: Just fun!

Esteve Rueda

Like the begining of the older thread, just share human stupidity, fun, race action and all that stuff

I liked It a lot so I start this one.

Good idea to start a new thread! The other one sometimes takes too long to load.

I watched this & my jaw dropped, then I thought it must be a cgi/trick video, then looked him up on the web, & I'm thinking he actually did all that

It looks like the film is speeded up a little in the last third or so - but maybe it's not  ..& how does he ski across the mountain grass? - is it because it's very wet?

It's awe inspiring - but when he's cresting the jumps, he doesn't know who's skiing into his intended landing point, so there's a huge element of risk ..but it's really funny to imagine the shock of the piste-plodder he's suddenly flying over the top of..

Since it's been 40 years since the release of Physical Graffiti this seemed only right to post.

Abandoned Race Track - Alisei Memories (If only all abandoned race tracks had this sort of memorial!)

I tried to contact Tim about the old thread, he has not responded though.

Tim, if you read this, do you read your contact page here at the forum at all? PM you is not allowed =(

Ahh well... guess we have a new thread instead. Could always go back to the old one to find old goodies.

Yeah, just anoying if you want to backtrack something and go to that thread and so on. We had a pretty long thread there. Sad to let it just fade away because it derailed once with just a few posts. Ok if it was a massive **** storm or something along those lines. But it was'nt.

Ah well. There's been some good Jay Leno episodes lately. I really enjoyed this one.
