It's a good thing the driver is a woman.
On this track, in those conditions...if she were not, you'd need a wheelbarrow just to carry the 'attachments' necessary for this drive.

Ah!...not very smart on the biker's part to do what he did at the end of the video.
Despite knowing the ordinance, he delivered it coming across as a 'wise-a**'.
It's okay to politely state the law governing the ability to ride the bike...it's another to gloat.
I'd have simply said " officer Koble, there's a law governing the use of bikes on the boardwalk. It's 16.16.502. Could you please take a look at it before any further action."
I'd then respectfully show it to him.
Guaranteed...he'd have walked away just like he did in the video....only you wouldn't have him pissed and potentially looking for any minor infraction going forward.
It's all about 'soft words' while at the same time getting the point across.
