Programming Language in UI.OSC?

Hallo Community,

I`am working since many month on an rfactor modifcation and need somebody who knows the programming Language used in rfator UI.OSC .

which language is this?

rfactor/UIDATA/UI.OSC

gizmo_app_..........

look for help with this,wannt to implement some shortcuts/links to some files in the MAIN MENU User Interface and don`t know how because i don`t know how to write the right code orders.

PLS help.
