Is it possible to transform from steam to trymedai, because when i play in STEAM version (what i bought today) this add-on: http://www.rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=rFactor AI improvement not fully work. But when i download a game from your site and play demo it works perfectly. I want to play Rfactor in offline with this utility, is it possible to get me activation code to play with the game that i downlaod from your website(because the EXE i think different between the steam version and what i download from your site)?

If you bought from ISI you could have both the installer from here and a Steam code, buying from Steam you're "stuck" with Steam. Sorry I can't help with the mod/plug-in, maybe someone else will be able to.

It's very sad, because i buy thist game especially to play with this plugin, i hope somehow possible to get activation code because i don't want waste this moeny

So you knew about the Plug-in and the website here, but bought it on Steam instead of directly through ISI?

Yes because i thought nowadays there is only way to buy this game from Steam. If i knew that i could buy from here i would buy from here. I hope someone from ISI can solve my problem

Approaching Steam about a refund will be useless and they'll send you in circles.... but try, and bring up an issue with functionality? I don't know. State you purchased looking for the matched pairing but without the knowledge of the Steam release permitting this integration.

Try Steam first and do as I say about the game not functioning as it should with the plugin, ask for a refund. They should see you haven't driven. Go from there.
I can't speak for ISI, who knows how much hassle it may be to check your Steam purchase, etc etc, get you a code, etc.

They told that they could refund me but only to Stema wallet what is not good for me, i hope ISI will more positive
