Talent file issue GP2 mod

I run a couple of support series to support my AI series and the main feeder series is based on the F1SR GP2 mod (using the templates) however there are a couple of drivers where no matter what I do to their talent file, I put them on 100 and everything, no difference. I don't know what it is, cos when I ran one of these races for the first time, one of these drivers did OK (qualified around 6th) but lost his front wing on the first lap, and ever since, no matter what I did to the talent file, now qualifies only around 20th/21st, it was a similar issue with the other driver who I'm having this problem with as well. I don't have Autocalibrate AI mode on and I don't have this with any other mod, and it's fine with everyone else who's on 100. Any help would be appreciated.
 
I don't use the AI, because i don't race offline, so i don't have much experience with it.
But just an idea, when you drive offline-championships, are there files stored that contain the results and other things?
Maybe the behaviour of the AI-drivers is influenced by these files?
 
Maybe I'm gonna try that, but that's not the case with other mods such as F1RFT and the GP3 mod.
