Track not loading. Help?

Hi guys, slight problem here.
I'm trying to host a server over lan and i've opened up proxy and everything, before it would say server timed out so i fixed that. But now when I get into the lobby, I can't go on track and no track loads up. Any idea why?
 
Such questions are always hard to answer, it can depend on so many things...

To understand you right, you started a dedicated server and you see it in the lobby but can not join it?
