VM Race IPS (Alpha Preview)

Hi there,

this is an alpha preview of a Live-Timing-Plugin for rFactor Race in a practice session (VM Race IPS). There is still a whole lot of work to do, but a base is set. In case the one or another developer is interested in supporting the development of this Plugin, feel free to contact me via PM. The aim is to provide the simracing community with a FREE and PUBLIC Plugin especially developed for long distance races with class distinctions to overcome the annoying unforced driver disconnection in any case.

Update:
- Added R-Laps (for real Race IPS Laps)
- Extended Lap records view
- Under Race IPS conditions "Extras | Show Penalties" now shows penalty time if available
